My name is Ten! I'm an artist from the Philippines, and currently open for work! For regular commissions such as character art, fanart, and etc. You can check my prices below!

My offers can range from: Regular commissions such as singular Illustrations or fanart, to projects. I've had experience working on sprites akin to Visual Novels and creating concept art of characters, as character design is part of my specialty!

​I am open in working for concept artistry and character design, turnarounds, reference sheet creation, sprites and regular character art- And can work with digital assets such as emotes, sprites, PNG-Tuber art, and designing merchandise such as stickers, icons and etc.

Establishment of Contact:
Whether you used the commission form or reached out via contact details, we begin with discussing the commission and it's details and working out any kinks  and payment.

Confirmation of Payment:
Now that we've worked out all of the information, with agreement to payment, you also agree to the TOS and terms to my commissions.

The actual Commission:
Where the art process begins; A sketch will be done first and consulted to. This is where the brainstorming happens, and once permission is granted, the rest of the commission can continue!

Received!
Once the finished piece is given for approval, and a confirmation is granted; All files shall be put in a google drive or any preferred method and it's all yours!

TERMS OF SERVICE

★ As soon as you ask me for a commission and/or payment has been made, you have agreed to my Terms of Service and should hold responsibility for it thereon. ★
Rights to property, Boundaries and Fees:​ 
I.)  Commissions are for PERSONAL USE only. The client is allowed to use and reproduce the order for personal consumption, but is not allowed to use it for anything outside of it like merchandise. If the client requests for the order to be used commercially, they'll pay an additional fee for commercial rights which ranges from 30 USD to 100 USD.
  • Commercial Use includes merchandise, profits, selling and etc. 
  • There are exceptions for PNG-Tubers and Emotes specifically for streaming and server-use, as the price accounts for Streamer commercial use.

II.) I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. The client is purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself. I may use the artwork to:
  • Promote myself and my services, post on social media and my portfolio.
  • And other uses, if you wish to own the artwork through other means like commercial use and profit, see point I. for exceptions.

III.) As the client, you are allowed to use the artwork for personal use, post it on social media with credit highly encouraged, and print the art for yourself. But anything outside of this shall fall back to Point I. You are not allowed to redistribute and resell the artwork, use it commercially, make merchandise off of my work, and etc.
  • If you wish to modify the artwork for any reason after it is done, contact me. 


​Revisions, Refunds and deadlines:​
I.) My turn-around-time is a week at the minimum and a maximum of a month or two, though I tend to follow weekly updates at most. If anything out of the ordinary has disrupted my scheduling, the client will be notified personally or there will be updates on my carrd and this website. The client can always reach out to me for any updates, but please be mindful of what I stated before, it usually takes a week to a month.

  • Each update I provide needs confirmation for me to continue. If not, I can't move forward with the commission without that 'okay', this is to ensure that the client is satisfied with each step of the process! 
  • If there's a specific date you need the order for, please give that information to be clear. I also have the right to negotiate the date if I feel like I can't meet the deadline ahead of time., fees for rush delivery may apply.

II.) I can only allow a maximum of 3 revisions of the work (this only applies during the rendering stage. For sketching, revisions and edits are expected), any more revisions past that will be charged.

III.) The client is allowed to cancel before payment is made. But refunds once payment is issued and progress is made, the client cannot be refunded. The only exception to this is if I, the artist, cancel the commission in an emergency scenario, there you can be refunded the money.
  • In a scenario where the client or I as the artist wishes to cancel the commission while one half of the payment is still due- If progress hasn't progressed, there is no need to pay for the rest of the commission. Note that this is only applicable if the commission isn't finished. If the artwork is done and you wish to cancel to avoid paying the rest, that is prohibited. 
  • Cancellation revokes you of the rights to use the artwork.


​Rights and additional:
I.)  I have every right to decline a commission if the contents are disturbing, discomforting, if I don't have the current ability to go through with the order, and even for undisclosed personal reasons. That is simply a right as an artist and a commissioner.

II.) When ordering, I do request to send as many references as you can, and give me as many details and information as you can. Please do be clear with what you want because the order I will give to you is based on the material you give me and my interpretation of it. If you are unsatisfied with the artwork, do consider to be more detailed and bear responsibility to directing what you wish to see. 

III.) Using my work to train AI or use it in any form regarding AI is strictly prohibited. If I, as the artist, see proof of this usage then you are revoked to the rights to my work and refunds are not available. 


Payment and contact info.​
I.) Payment will be made through either Gcash, Paymaya/Maya or Paypal. Number, name, or link will only be given upon payment to ensure safety to client and artist.

  • Payment will be given in either full or half before I start sketching. The client has the freedom to choose either one and if they prefer to pay upfront or through invoicing. After sending the sketch then I will continue the rest of the process. I will give updates if asked to do so. Once the payment is given no refunds are available.
  •  The currency that is associated with my accounts is in PHP, so tax and such are included in the pricing for foreign currencies- Additionally, invoicing can have some deviation when converting to a different currency (for example, PHP to USD). This is usually just by cents or by the decimal but I will try to make sure this doesn't happen. Take it as a fair warning that this is a possibility.
